You CAN Teach an Old Dog New Tricks

Like dogs of any age, senior dogs need physical exercise tailored to their needs, as well as mental stimulation in the form of training, play, and interactive games. The oldest dog I’ve ever trained was 17 and deaf when we began working together!
Your dog’s advanced age may present new challenges. You may need to train your dog to accept a sling around his rear for assistance up the stairs, or to learn new boundaries as he loses his vision.
A qualified trainer will help you train your dog useful and adorable new behaviors, regardless of your pup’s age!

Back Yard Buddy Time – One on one or ‘play dates’ with your dog’s pals.
Neighborhood Walkabaout – Leashed dog walking.
Dog Park Play Groups – Dog pals go to their favorite off leash park for lots of running, playing and checking ‘pee’mail.
The Big Adventure – Dog hiking on 400 acres of open space at Westminster Hills Dog Park.
While you’re on vacation, Tailwaggerz gives you peace of mind knowing your home and pets are safe and well cared for. We pet sit dogs, cats & other small pets. Your four legged family gets their socialization, exercise, poop scooped, and cages cleaned in the comfortable, safe environment they love. We’ll water the plants, check the mail, and put out the trash too.
If you are adopting a new puppy, rescuing a pet, or just want to teach an old dog new tricks, Tailwaggerz has a dog training class for you. Our dog trainer starts your puppy on the right trail and can lead them to their Canine Good Citizen (CGC) certification. Our training is fun and strengthens the bond between you and your four legged best friend.
